Purpose
These terms govern access to iconrev.com, browsing, account creation, and online sales of Iconrev plates. By placing an order you accept them without reservation as in force on the order date.

Products and availability
Our plates are physical products that help customers reach your Google review screen via NFC and/or QR. Photos and descriptions aim to represent the product faithfully; minor variations may occur between production batches.
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in euros; VAT is not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Shipping is included as stated on the site at checkout. The contract is formed when payment is successfully authorised by our secure provider (Stripe). You receive a confirmation email.
Payment
Payment is by card through Stripe. Iconrev does not store your full card details; they are processed by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy.
Delivery
Preparation times, indicative lead times, and shipping zones are described on our Shipping page (free shipping, indicative 2–3 business days, dispatch from southern France).
Right of withdrawal and returns
For European consumers, a right of withdrawal may apply under the Consumer Code, subject to legal exceptions (notably personalised goods or goods made to your specifications once production has begun with your agreement). Legal warranties
You benefit from the legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects under applicable French law; these terms cannot limit those rights.
Intellectual property
Trademarks, logos, text, images, and graphics on the site belong to Iconrev or its partners and may not be reproduced without prior written consent, except as allowed by law for private copy or quotation.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. Iconrev strives to keep information accurate but is not liable for indirect damages related to use of the site or temporary unavailability. Your use of Google services also remains subject to Google’s terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. Consumer dispute rules of the French Consumer Code apply; if no amicable solution is found, competent courts are determined under applicable rules.
